## Most software asks your team to come to it. Cor works where your team already is.

## Turn your help docs into live onboarding calls

Turn help docs, onboarding calls or team notes into live onboarding and product adoption sessions.

- Turn our help docs into a set of tutorials for Obi.
- Ask our knowledge base the 30 questions a new customer would ask, and show me the weak answers.

## Identify onboarding gaps and opportunities

Blend deep analysis of every onboarding session with product analytics and team-call feedback to uncover gaps and opportunities you couldn't see before.

- Who got stuck in onboarding this week, and why?
- Walk me through where Jane got stuck on Tuesday.

## Make improvements with a click

Act on issues and opportunities with one click: update knowledge, log tickets, build walkthroughs and work directly with customer or product teams.

- Fix the knowledge gaps Obi found this week.
- Rework the integration tutorial where customers keep stalling, and save it as a draft.

## Keep the team in the loop

Stay connected to every customer, regardless of portfolio size. Prioritize your team's work and step in when you're needed.

- Post this week's onboarding issues to our Slack.
- Create follow-up tasks in HubSpot for every customer who got stuck.

## Set up in one sign-in.

No implementation project. No engineers. Add Cor to your AI assistant and you're working in minutes.

- **Connect.** Add Cor to your AI assistant and sign in with Google. That's the whole setup.
- **Ask.** "Who got stuck in onboarding this week, and why?" Cor shows the customers, where each one stalled, and the session evidence behind it.
- **Review and approve.** Your assistant drafts the changes. You review them in Cor and nothing reaches your customers until your team approves it.

## One assistant, all your tools.

Your AI assistant is probably already connected to Slack, your CRM and your call recorder. Add Cor and it joins them. One request can find the customers who got stuck in Cor and draft the follow-ups in your CRM. Cross-tool requests use the connections your assistant already has.

## Your team stays in control.

- **Critical changes require approval.** Critical changes must be reviewed and approved in Cor Admin. The AI agent cannot approve or apply them.
- **Admins control automation.** Admins choose which actions run automatically and which require permission.
- **Your permissions still apply.** MCP operates within each user's Cor account permissions.
- **Support for internal approval.** Documentation is available to help your team get approval to enable Cor MCP.

## Prefer the command line?

The Cor CLI gives engineering teams the same access from the terminal. The Cor MCP also works inside coding agents like Claude Code.

## FAQ

### What is MCP?

MCP is an open standard that lets AI assistants use other tools. Add Cor to your assistant once, and you can ask it to work with Cor like you'd ask it anything else.

### Which AI assistants work with Cor?

Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants that support MCP.

### Can the AI change what my customers see?

Critical changes must be reviewed and approved in Cor Admin. The AI agent cannot approve or apply them. Admins choose which other actions run automatically and which require permission. MCP operates within each user's Cor account permissions.

### Do we need engineers to set it up?

No. Add Cor to your assistant, sign in with Google, done. You need an existing Cor account; sign-in doesn't create one.

### What does our IT team need to approve?

Adding one connector to your AI assistant. Cor uses standard OAuth sign-in, each person acts with their own Cor permissions, and every action is logged. Documentation is available to support internal approval to enable Cor MCP.

### Does it cost extra?

No. It's included in every plan.
