How Much Does Content Snare Cost? Full Pricing Breakdown (2026)

Content Snare uses a tiered subscription model. The main driver of cost is the number of active requests you have running at the same time. An active request is a form or document request that has been sent to a client and is still open (not yet completed or archived). Plans set a ceiling on how many of these can be active concurrently.

Two other factors are bundled into each tier:

• Team members (seats): the number of internal users on your account. Each tier includes a fixed number of seats, ranging from 2 on Basic to 20+ on Custom.
• Storage: total file storage included, from 20GB on Basic up to 200GB+ on Custom.

Clients who receive and fill out requests do not count toward any limit and do not require accounts of their own. Pricing scales with internal usage (active requests, seats, storage), not with the number of clients you collect from.

Each plan can be billed monthly (month-to-month) or annually. Annual billing is charged at a lower effective monthly rate than month-to-month billing.
