How Dock pricing works

Dock charges for internal team members, not customers, prospects or partners using your workspaces. Standard includes 5 internal users and Premium includes 10; each additional internal user on either plan is $50 a month. Enterprise uses a custom annual contract.

AI is included in every plan with no separate credits. Usage is subject to limits that scale with plan and seats; Dock does not publish the limits. Dock now describes itself as "AI Revenue Enablement."

Recent pricing changes: Internet Archive copies of Dock's pricing page show Premium at $750 a month billed annually until early 2026 and at $1,000 by May 2026. The free plan went from 50 to 10 workspaces in August 2026. Check current limits before choosing a plan.

Dock's pricing page doesn't say whether Standard is billed monthly or yearly.

Premium ("Most popular") - $1,000 a month billed annually with 10 internal users; additional users cost $50 a month each. Includes 250 CMS assets, unlimited playbooks and courses, Google Drive and SharePoint sync, CRM-integrated order forms, custom fields, webhooks, removal of the Dock logo and cohort implementation.

Enterprise - Custom annual contract for 25+ internal users. Includes unlimited CMS assets, automations, API access, custom domain and emails, SSO with providers including Okta and Azure, SCIM, a dedicated CSM and managed implementation.

Add-ons and additional costs

  • Extra internal users: $50 a month for each user beyond the 5 included in Standard or 10 included in Premium.
  • AI: Included in every plan with no separate credits. Fair-use limits scale with plan and seats, but Dock does not publish the thresholds.
  • Enterprise: Custom annual pricing. Request a quote for your team and required features rather than assuming a published rate.
  • External participants: Customers, prospects and partners do not need paid seats.

Example: what a typical deployment costs

For a 12-person internal team, with clients also using Dock workspaces:

PlanMonthly calculationAnnual cost
Standard$350 + 7 extra users x $50 = $700 a month$8,400 a year at the stated monthly rate
Premium, billed yearly$1,000 + 2 extra users x $50 = $1,100 a month$13,200 a year billed yearly

Premium costs $4,800 more a year in this example. It adds unlimited playbooks and courses, custom fields, webhooks, Dock logo removal and cohort implementation. Clients using workspaces add nothing to either total. The Standard yearly figure is 12 times its monthly rate, not a stated annual contract price.

The full cost of onboarding with Dock

A Dock subscription covers shared workspaces with your customers: plans, documents and next steps in one place. The full cost of onboarding customers also includes:

  • People. Onboarding managers or CSMs to run kickoff calls, training and setup help inside the product.
  • Seats. Each internal user beyond the ones included costs extra.
  • Other tools. Video calls, scheduling, a help center or a training platform, each with its own subscription.
  • Team time. Building workspace templates, keeping them current and chasing customers who stall.
  • Waiting time. Customers wait for the next available call before they can move forward, which pushes back go-live.
